I newly registered and paid but I am still not able to login since 27 January. Email is correct and password also.. but I tried also to change my password..with password forgotten...
I always get a reply that my password refresh instructions are send to my email..but I have never seen any emails..
I don't know why.?any help?

Francis, according to our system, you are an acrive Level 1 LottoMatic member. We can see several login attempts which are not successful.
Furthermore, before being a Level 1 member, you were Level 3 and it looks like back then you've been logging into the system multiple times.
The reset password functionality is certainly functional as we can see that people who sign up can update their password.
Could you please check your spam/junk Email folder for those Emails? Sometimes they simply end up there.

ꏒI just open my email again after writing to you and I got a reply..but the problem of resetting my new password is still hanging...the system will show out a message..like A message is sent to your email...I checked my Spam and normal inbox..no information concerning password resetting.
Yes you are right..I was in level 3 before..but after 1year or more in level 3..I have never win more than 20Euros.. so paying more money without a win above the level 3 price is leading me to empty my pocket. I think its better to come down again to level 1 just to make fun.i might move upwards to another Level if I see improvement at my side.
